2. ORDER
When you have placed your order from us, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In this you will find all information about products, price, invoicing and delivery address.If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must contact us directly via e-mail to: info@davefix.se
3. DELIVERY
DaveFix's normal delivery time is 1-3 working days. Product is always shipped after payment is received. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays are sent the following working day at the earliest.In the event of a high order intake, delays may occur with an extra working day.If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time) you can contact us by e-mail: info@davefix.seUnclaimed packages We reserve the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the case of unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 149 for a package that is not collected. The shipment is with the PostNord agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you first need to pick up the package and then return it as described.
